I was thinking it was the judges' call the A's not be in there during this phase. If the defense is right, it could be damaging for G & C to be present during this (whole) process. Kaylee was a sacrifice, she could possibly still be alive to be used for later and Casey is in the middle of a witch hunt. Watch their body language, Casey is brainwashed and so is Cindy, however Casey was more vulnerable to the brainwashing methods and Cindy is just more along for the ride hoping for the best. George is a beast and probably a high ranking Mason and so is Lee. That's what I've read into this over the years. Out of all crimes this is the one being played out on TV 24/7 WHY?

I think Casey killed her the night of the fight. Cindy choked Casey for stealing from grampa, Casey strangled Caylee in a rage in the bedroom. In the morning carried a dead Caylee out the door. Never believed George about the 16th, too much info about the cooking show. Tells the story verbatim.

If Casey did not know Caley was dead, then why is bozo using the defense that Casey and George were home and found Caley drowned in the family pool?

So many lies, so many liars, maybe the defining moment was realizing she was being set up or the kidnapping story was falling apart. That would explain the concerted lies by the whole family re the non existent nanny and job, it was a kidnapping story, but so lame, so easily disproved.
