Chords (section 3) A#, C, D

I think those are right....

I just can't get the right hand for section 3,

A#+D, F, A#+D, C+E, C+E, D, C, A#

That's all I can get by ear.

@zamusician I didn't use sheets.Unless anyone can prove wrong, or I missed somebody else do it on NicoVideo before me, I was the first person to pick this out and upload video anywhere. 8)

It's pretty easy to learn though. I can actually write sheet music for it if you want, but I'm out of town until the 9th and don't have Finale Notepad installed on the laptop I'm using right now, so you'd have to wait at least until then.

@Zawicki1 Actually, it's in F.

Every now and then if a song is too hard in it's original key *coughfinalfantasy7cough*, I'll try learning it in a easier key like C or G (or if it's in a minor key, A minor), but the original version of this song was in F, and fairly easy to learn, so I played it in F.

Yes, the song is very easy to learn. I learned up until about 0:23.
