There are completely legitimate and I would hope widely accepted incidents where abortion is necessary, I can't seem to find the name of the condition where it's either the fetus or both the fetus and mother die but it happens. There are obviously completely illegitimate examples where abortion has occurred that everyone can agree on. So the question isn't murder or not, it's how do we determine where the line is, what other factors are important in determining legitimacy of the procedure.
