Of course you made that in 15 minutes cus u trace it! I prefer to see people been creative when imitating characters which you lack for!

I do really hate this kind of technique, I don't see any original or unique style upon the artist!

I would of liked it better speed up, also if you painted it, the shading was really really simply imo. Though, when traced I can't like it, or dislike.

To estebanblack , it isn't cheating especially if you just started using. I hear they can be quite difficult to use the first few times. You expect to be good at it once you get one....I THINK NOT! Besides tracing something is a good way to start out and get used to it.

By the way I Niloy135790, man you got a lot better! I saw you're other tracing of Big Boss, you really improved! Amazing. Was this one done a long time after Big Boss or what? Good Job man! Keep at it!

First of all, thanks a lot for the support. This was done like 2 or 3 months after I got the tablet. Tracing really helps with stroke control and speed and stuff so tracing helped me improve a lot, idk if that works for other people, but it worked for me.

since you're most likely a person who appreciates art (why else buy corel painter if you didn't) then you must be tracing just to get used to it...I used to trace and then i started getting better and did my own stuff after like that. So I'm guessing this could be the same. Is it?

you have tablet, when you wanna draw on the pc...this is just copying...not THAT copy, when you watch what you draw...this is simple copy..but i have the Wacom Bamboo A6 and thats a good hardware ;)

People get tablets for different reasons. Many artists get them, however, doctors sometimes recommend getting a Graphics tablet to people with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Not to mention using a tablet speeds everything up. :]

how do you trace the image like that? i mean, how do you get the other one underneath, then delete it? do you just make the image you want to trace a seperate layer or something?

i dont have any problem with this situation (i mean drawing over another picture) everybody needs to start somewhere, i just dont like the people who simply cant admit they do the same thing like you did here...so i would say 5 stars for your courage! And keep practicing, work hard, and 1 day it will have its award!!!

Some are around 50 to around 300. They are great to use. I use a screen though to draw on my mac. He did good, in this but layering is a key in photoshop. Good job tho

I must admit, I was kinda disapointed with this video. I mean... I give you credit for the effort, but really, this is just bad. Please dont take this as rude, more constructive critisism. Tracing someone elses work and then doing a bad rendering is not what people like to see. Learn line weight, shading and light sourcing. Three very important pieces to drawing in the 'comic' style. Sorry dude, but I would have to give this an 2-3 out of 10. You'll get there, just keep practicing.

well, in corel painter, you hold the alt + space and click and drag on the canvas to rotate.

Check out Inkscape for vector drawing, and The Gimp. Both free programs for Windows, and Linux. Linux has a few more programs that are similar, but totally different and free.
