  • Is it true that Rudel the Stuka Tank ace tried the FW190 in the ground attack role & didn't like it? He prefered the Stuka? Or ios that a urban myth?

  • The best fighter bomber of WW2 was the Hawker Typhoon, it rained hell in Normandy and in Belgium and The Netherlands.

  • @nielscarp eh... No?!

  • Fw190 is the best propelled fighter of all times.even 152-ta and h1 never used againts mustangs and jugs at high alt.they are all beast with 2200hp.they could be crushing for bombers and fighters at high alt.but never used efficiently or too few to be effective.they sat same thing for Me262:too few too late.

  • Godd shot at 42 seconds. Pilot with his right hand on the stick and his left hand holding the map he was orienting to the ground.

  • Wanna build a full scale or 3/4 scale from plans. Contact Jurka Plans. They were done by a former Luft pilot who settled in Paris after the war and started the Replica Fighter movement in the mid 60s. During the war he flew Hienkle 110s due to his being 6'4" and wide hiped which made him to tall to fly fighters. He decided to modify them so he have one. At the time he was an Areospatiale engineer. He also did the P51,BF109 and Spitfire. Wood or metal.

  • vai tomar no cú todo filho da puta simpatizante do nazismo.

  • P-51 killer right there !!

  • @cryteeek its not as good as you think. the better plane is actually p-47 thunderbolt.

  • This video clip shouldn't have been named "Ground attack of Fw190A," but rather "Ground attack by Fw190As." Using "of" indicates that the Fw190 would be the target of the attack, not the attacking aircraft. Cool clip though, thank you for posting.

  • IL2 was a flying duck. with FW fire power it went down. 109s had some trouble shooting it down

  • @junyo785 saying that the FW190 is good plane with many victories in the air. And that its good at attacking ground targets such as incoming infantry, tanks and other vehicles. A group of FW190s are flying low and strafing the incoming soviet adavance.

  • do any of you understand a word that is being spoken??

  • Now why would ya use the FW 190 as a ground attack plane?

  • @MIKCURIE

Because thats what the F and G models were designed to do.

  • @EvilxMerlin I guess my question should have been......Why would ya design the FW-190 as a ground-support craft?

  • @MIKCURIE

The same reason the US made the F-15 into the Mud Hen (the E model). Because you have a great, flexible airframe that has much in common with an existing plane.

  • @MIKCURIE

    That's a simple answer: Desperation.

  • American ITT's German subsidiary Focke-Wulfe was building FW 190 fighters. By 1943 13% of ITT’s income was generated from Germany. They continued to invest in Germany after the USA entered the war. ITT later sued the American government, receiving $27 million for damage that had been inflicted on their German plants by Allied bombers, despite the fact that these factories were building military equipment to attack the allies during the war. Dulles Bros. legal office was handling ITT portfolio.

  • @RafalsCom : interesting details; it shows that globalisation is not a recent invention. There are further examples: GM owns Opel; IBM subsidiaries provided data equipment allowing very accurate census of population in order to pinpoint so called minorities...

  • US Gen. Chuck Yeager said it (FW 190 D) in the hands of the right pilot was the best fighter of the war.

  • @the82spartans

Yep. The Ta152 was better but the conditions of the factories impacted it too much to be effective. The Dora 9 was a killer.

  • Wow! Those few seconds of the FW-190's turning at 32 seconds is AWESOME!

  • most beautiful plane in WWII

  • butcher bird

    enough said

  • The soviet troops shoot back :)

  • BORING

  • planes dont make records, pilots do!

  • i whilst I am certain that peoples patriotism is all well and good... Does anyone know which plane the Fw190 or the IL2 destroyed more ground targets? I'd suggest it was the Il-2? :)

  • @Grendel650 the IL-2 holds the ww2 record for ground kills, the second best being the JU87 "stuka". but in a dogfight, the IL-2 would have had a huge dissadvantage vursus the FW 190 which is from what i know one of the best, if not the best fighter aircraft of ww2

  • @alpinestate The IL2 probably holds the world record for being shot down by 190's too.

  • @Spindinio LOL! that made my day

  • Butcher Birds!

  • немцы завоевали в прошлую войну больше и лучше потому что были без евреев и ниггеров.

  • Il-2 more beter

  • @shuljup but would an IL2 last one moment against fighters? no. thats why the FW190 wins. it can fuck up ground targets while fucking up air targets.

  • @knight0Farabia07 You can´t compare Il-2 and FW-190. Try compare Il-2 and Ju-87 Stuka

  • @knight0Farabia07 But you can bring down a fw with 3 or 4 impacts of 20 mm, with an Il-2 its necessary 10 or 15 impacts, some parts of the ilyushin (pilot s armour plate) were so armored that even 20 mm bullets bounced off the shield, the germans called them "Schlächter" (slaughterer), "Zementbomber" (concrete bomber), and the famous "Der Schwarze Tod" (the Black Death)...

  • @shuljup

At least the FW190 is a fighter and the Il-2 is a ground atacking plane.

To say the Il-2 is in Ground atack better is like saying the sportscar is faster then the lorry

  • @Ismalith it was better, thats what the Il-2 was made for, the 190 was forced into the fighter bomber role, which it really had no business doing that late in the war... Hitler made the same mistake with the Me-262,....the 190 and the 262 should have strictly just been used against Allied bombers...to turn the 262 into a bomber was just stupid

  • @Brian79camino

The FW 190 is and stays a fighter, it could use bombs in the same way like british hurricanes use bombs without being a bomber.

It is only logical that the FW 190 could´nt match a Il-2 in groundatacks, so couldn´t the Il-2 really match the 190 in air too air fight.

It is still the lorry against the sportscar.

  • @Ismalith the Il-2 was not made for air to air at all....read my previous comment a little closer

  • @Brian79camino

    if you read mine XD

  • @Brian79camino yeah imagine if they had made (the long nosed 190 =ta152)ealier it was such a simple solution taking the engine from the ju88 (witch the germans had plenty of) and then they had (i think the best fighter ever) it was the fastest WW2 prop fighter it had elektric control surfaces wide landing gear and the airframe was soooo perfekt so balanced the only thing it needed the (190 A4-A8 and only by 43-44) was a litte more power..and your right the 262 bomber was a bad bad idea..

  • @lulu8332

Sorry, you need to do a little further research as to the fastest prop driven fighter of WW2. As to the perfect airframe to which you allude, research will disagree with your statement.

  • @arriviste2020 the fw190 D9 and ta152 WAS the fastest prop.plane in frontline service in WW2 ofcource there were faster planes like donier 335 dual prop e.t.c and a special 109 held the world record until 1969 for the the fastest prop plane...but i am talking about planes in frontline service.....about airframe i guess youll dissagree with some of the best test pilots (on both sides) when they said that it was the most possitive plane to fly...?

  • @lulu8332

If you refrained from using such generous strokes of the brush named "generic", and focused on a more concise description, then people would seldom disagree with your findings. You neglect to state which engine powered which plane, and that is the item which dictates the final conclusion. A Spitfire MKX1X clocked a TIA of 606 MPH. Another Spit clocked 460 MPH.Tempest clocked 466MPH, Typhoon clocked 496 MPH, and so on etc. FW top aircraft used double boost which was not sustainable.

  • @lulu8332 Fighter Ме-109 was better than FW-190 it was recognized also by the Soviet engineers, in 1942-1943 the red army had been grasped a plenty of German planes of different types, comparative flights and выявленно also have been made that FW-190 has the overestimated characteristics, the maneuverability and speed have appeared much more below. There is a Soviet educational film about FW-190.

  • @Vanyaaynav fw190 4 20mm cannons in vings me/bf109 1 in the nose cone and 2 in pods under wings that had a tendency too jam( no need too mention the tiny machineguns) fw190 wide undercarege/ me/bf 109 very narrow undercarege(led too alot of crashes on take of and landings..and is it the fw190a4 vs me/bf109emil or fw190 A8 VS bf/me 109 f model or the fw190d9 VS bf/me 109 g6? the bf/me was a very good plane ( for well trained pilots) but in later models a bit unstable continued

  • @Vanyaaynav i will wach your film...have you seen the US army educational film about the MG42 where they claim that they shouldent worry about it!! " it`s bark is worse then it`s bite" ALOT of films like that were made during ww2....it`s called probaganda...i wonder why the brits called the FW190 "the butcher bird" and also why the FW190 did more damage too UK/US heavy bombers compared to the bf/me109 try listen to the guys who flew the planes in combat..

  • @Vanyaaynav this one? youtube.com/watch?v=qayREUJe65w ..thats an A4 model. good during 40-41 totally outstript the spitfire mk5 both in manuverbillity and speed ..wheres the 109 emil was faster then the spit. the spit could outturn it...so if you compare FW190A4 VS BF/109 Emil ill still say the FW had the upper hand in manuvering/armerment/better undercarige/ better canopy/faster (under 4000m) /and take more damage aircooled radial engine could get a cylinder partly shot off and still limp home

  • @lulu8332 My English is not absolutely good, therefore I have not so well understood .Могу to tell, that the Soviet pilots flied practically on all types of the planes grasped during war and after the termination(ending). Comparison between Ме-109 and Fw-190 was not advantage(benefit) Fw-190.

  • @shuljup the il-2 was better lol. The FW 190 was designed as a hunter , it was far far better than any russian crap.

  • @Stranskii you are comparing apples with oranges, the fw-190 was designed as a pure fighter and the il-2 as a pure ground attack aircraft, the il-2 could do what it was designed to better than any fw-190. It could take alot more punishment with all the armour it carried yet still attack and destroy armour and infantry. The Fw-190 was a great aircraft capable of alot more than the il-2, but a better ground attack aircraft compared to the stormovik it was not.

  • Then suddenly out of no were comes an A-10 warthog and they were all wiped out! Then it disappeard.

  • they should make an Air Race Documentary in the same style...

  • what song?

  • there Fw190A not Me 109's

  • Never knew the 190 had ever carried bombs. But it would make sense, that engine was extremely powerful and I guess the airframe was sturdy enough to allow it.

  • @mrceebees14 even Me-109 carried bomb's. Germans just didn't have enough bombers.

  • @AlexMsk275 They didn't have many pilots left either.

  • @mrceebees14 The F versions were built as dedicated fighter bombers, and they were the primary german ground attack aircraft from mid 1943 right to the end of the war.

  • @EinundzwanzigPanzer Never heard that before, the F series were strictly fighters from what I read. They were fitted with either the 30mm cannon or the 15mm cannon. I thought the F series had excellent climb and turning ability, far better then what they had in the E series.

  • @EinundzwanzigPanzer I am thinking of the 109, not 190. My bad.

  • Don't forget; history is written by the victor...

  • @TheMrzekerz and then re-written by he Americans !

  • @fifthof Exactly!

  • i think they should bring back some of these ww2 planes to use for ground attack, i think they could still provide usefulness in these roles

  • @hotlanta35 That is a very interesting point actually . With the end of the Cold War , most modern conflicts could well see much simpler designs playing a perfectly adequate role in prevailimg conditions of total air superiority .

The problem would be in persuading Governments to purchase " Outdated " designs in the teeth of what would be a massive campaign by the Armaments industry that this would be a terrible error , and that what was actually needed was the latest bit of ultra-high-tech kit

  • @MsGrannygranny I just got here, please tell me who the hard core nerds are and why?!!!!!

  • @ooUooUoo No, I am not kidding and neither are the historians (Ericson, Hastings, Beevor, Merridale). The allies shortened the war, but they didnt make any tideturning impact. The germans were doomed when they crossed into russia with a strategy set for a 2-3 week war which did not included winterfighting in -40 degrees and overstretched lines of supply.

  • its only logical....but look at the european market where not only 2 but 27 EU countrys + former soviet countrys share a market. without germany some of them would be nah....... , lets say fucked

  • LLit11 You are wrong;the German Forces were symbols of hope but the "allies" were truly evil and the evil they wrought lives on-see to-day's Europe!

  • @Squarerig

    Are you for Real?????

I suppose you are going to say the "Holocaust"

Was for the Good of Humanity....

    You are the Evil one.....

  • I'm no Nazi, but look at what they where trying to create, Its Astonishing...

  • @peter386 so's sitting on a 12' dildo, congratulations your officially gay!

  • Focke Wulf Fw 190 - the goddess of the winds

    warbirds-power.de

  • i would accept contemporary witnesses whom had to suffer under or to fight against nazi germany to be emotional like you about the topic but if you are really intersted in the topic you should examine it more differentiate.

but thinking in black/white patterns is much easier i guess.

  • @satanic666sonic soviets were cruel, theres nothing to debate, but nazis were evil.

  • @LLit11 we were talking about how the countrys are today. Today's Germany is the social welfare office of the world. The USA would prefere it to bomb the European neighbors to atoms before they start to think about taking side with them. Germany is not only the biggest money source for US-Americans, it also supports France, Spain, Greek, Israel etc. by it's own taxes and many other countries who would go bankrupt without German Money

  • @satanic666sonic ..,on planet earth the United States's largest trading partner is Canada. Concluding a free‐trade agreement (1988) that progressively eliminated tariffs over a ten‐year period while making Canadian oil and gas more accessible to the U.S. market. Not germany.

  • stop the populism. you admit that it is more modern. and to denie 4 million dead civilians commiseration is only possible when you declare germans to be worth less. thats faschism.

and the equal suffering has nothing to do with thoughts of the germans. you should study european history after ww1 to understand the situation. all that you do is ranting emotional torrents of hatred instead of altercating with the plain facts.

  • and despite the fact that in the beginning of the federal republic of germany everything was build up by nazis, it is a role model for all the others today. if you compare it to the us constitution its much more modern, since, for example the bill of rights lacks a little at the system of checks and balances of the three branches.

by the way...do you call every german a nazi? cause mainly women did build up anything after ww2

  • @satanic666sonic Ha-ha, democracy created by Nazis... Thank the US. Of course, your constitution is newer hence more modern, don't be funny.

And stop demagoguery - I never called every German Nazi. But don't even try to make statements like "equal sufferings" or "no good side": I wouldn’t be too wrong to assume that 98% of Germans were generally happy with Hitler and didn’t care much about sufferings of the others as long as the war was an easy walk (i. e. until 22.06.41)?

  • now you are spreading lies my friend.

but what i can tell is that in the village i live in, in 1945 two allied ground fighters blasted a whole train with refugees from the east of germany. but those were american fighters. so yes, the inhumane practise which you describe appeared often these days but unless you stop pointing your finger on someone you dont know, you will just remain a hypocrat, pal.

  • @satanic666sonic I am pointing a finger at a bloody agressor who came to Russia without any cause or invitation with the most merciless army in the history of the humankind and was "highly decorated" for killing lots of people who fought against Hitler and who defended their country? Being a pilot of the force known for routinely commiting terrible autrocities? Is that "a lie" that you mean? Where exactly am I a hypocrat? I can tell you where YOU are when you speak about "sufferings" of Germans.

  • The FW190 was the most beeeyoootiful fighter of WWII, if you ask me. As sweet as a Porsche 911 with wings.

And probably the best fighter too, next to the 'stang of course.

  • no, I mean the soviet policy of invading and enslaving other countrys, killing people (no matter if their own or foreigners), mass rape, gulags and so on.

but dont get me wrong even england or the USA have their evil sides but germany is the only nation who trys to learn out of history.

and once again: how come you generalize all germans. of course he had a father too. pilot on the eastern front highly decorated. german civilians suffered the same way you can be shure of that

  • @satanic666sonic Please calculate how many times the West invaded Russia and how many times Russia invaded the West, will you? Drang nach Osten, ja, ja. And, of course, the West invading Russia did not do any murderes and rapes, did it? What about Brits inventing & Germans perfecting con. camps?

Germany is the nation who has to learn the most. The other nations also take their lessons - you are suggesting that Germans are better then the others? Nice first step but you'd better stop here.

  • @Trinadtsatyi yes. nowadays germany is one of the most liberal countrys in the world and its contitution should be an example for corrupt, human rights ignoring countrys like russia.

  • @satanic666sonic Germany nowadays is quite a democratric country and your Constitution (thanks to the US) is ok. But certainly not in the top 10. Sufficient to say that your current security services (supposed to protect Constitution among other things) were re-created by former Nazies

Russia has lots of problems with corruption, here I can agree with you. But it has no relation to WWII and its lessons.

  • @Trinadtsatyi obviously i dont know what you are talking about. the us has nothing to do with german constitution. a council of about 50 german women and men (and no americans) elaborated the german constitution. and the lesson russia did not learn was to grand free speech instead of killing political oppopnents.

do you want me to post a list of the crimes against humanity russia did commit in the recent years? oh and the practise of killing dissenting individuals relates to WW2.

  • @satanic666sonic May be, you didn't get it: the whole political system was endorsed by the US - so do thank them.

And yes, would you do 2 lists for me: the crimes against humanity committed by Russia and the US in the recent years? Killing 100 civilians in one day? Oh, sorry, that, perhaps, was Germany...

Yeh, such practice is always bad. But, boy, do you really think that all your wiggling about can wash out a bit what Germans did during WWII? If so, you did not learn the lesson.

  • @Trinadtsatyi yes. nowadays germany is one of the most liberal countrys in the world and its constitution should be an example for corrupt, human rights ignoring countrys like russia.

  • @satanic666sonic A pilot on the Eastern front! The one who was shooting refugees - women and children - on the roads in 41-42 just for fun, sinking boats trying to deliver food to Leningradians, destroying hospitals and flattering residential quarters (40 thousand civilians killed in Stalingrad in one day). You can be proud of him.

  • it's seems this is a place of selfmade historican....i prefer serious historical primary resources at first!

Germany can't win the WWII,at the latest from the day when the Fucking Coca-cola sucking US Yankees joint the war.

With or without any special weapons like Arado234(stream),ME262,HortenH IX (stealthbomber) or the Waterfall Rocket((first surface to air missle) et cetera......at last the Yankees got their fucking Atomic Bomb!!

  • thanks for posting this video, good to see the german military taking the fight to the enemy..makes a change as we always see german forces on the receiving end of attacks..not so one sided as they would like us to believe..but thats propaganda for you..thanks..

  • go on butcher bird, butcher a few more spits

  • What was the weakest link in the German military? Army? Navy? Luftwaffe?

  • @mistersmith6000 The high command

  • @MrLander1979 The High Command? Do you mean the high command of the respective forces? th don't know much in detail, but it seems to me the German Navy lost in two out of three. Surface forces in Atlantic by late 1941. U-boats, May 1943, Baltic navy 'til war's end, still effective. Luftwaffe, totally destroyed in early Spring '44. Many planes, no accomplished pilots or fuel in later '44. and the army and SS, well, I think they were never beaten man-for-man, tank-for-tank

  • like Bismark said, ' we germans fear nobody else but Gott'

  • @1969captainron After the investigation, Hitler advised all German nationals to withdraw from the Friends of New Germany. On March 19, 1936, Hitler placed an American citizen, Fritz Julius Kuhn, as the head of the party.[1] The group's name was then changed to the German American Bund. At this time, the Bund established two training camps, Camp Nordlund in Sussex County, New Jersey and Camp Siegfried in Yaphank, New York

  • @1969captainron It was Canada that stepped up to the plate in 1939 and helped out there brothers in arms at the same time america was holding nazi rallys in some parts of the country after thye crash in 1929 the usa didn't want to fall apart for any war till japan attacked

  • @freakyflow First, the NAZI rallies were being staged by private citizens, and in an arena where no political belief is technically restricted, then they were welcome too it, but I wouldn't phrase it as "America was holding". Thats too inclusive. Second, the US had been assisting the UK as early as 1937 through the lend lease act, providing much needed supplies and logistics to the UK through a great loss to our Navy and Merchant Marine fleet. Canada was an immense ally to have though.

  • @MrLander1979 Sure the " First " Nazi rallies were You had Many German/Americans Who also belivied The new rule of germany was a better one the US had been assisting the UK as early as 1937 through the lend lease act, providing much needed supplies and logistics to the UK through a great loss to our Navy and Merchant Marine fleet. The " Armed forces" of America were still under a Treaty and restricted to only a number of ships tanks etc from the ww1 pact had the broke it they would ofjoin

  • It led to the F8F Bearcat too :)

  • Be thankfull that German ME262 jetcraft and Gotha 229 / Horten 9 stealth fighter did not come to huge scale production and battle, these planes might have turned the war

  • The butcher bird was however fragile to American M16 and M15 Self-propelled AA guns

  • rad

  • best aircraft of ww2 after the P51-D Mustang :D

  • @101Airborneforwin

Really? Read what Galland had to say about that. The late model Spit was far superior. The Mustang was a great large fighter for the mission it was designed for (long distance bomber support). The Spit and 190 were the closest matches for fighting over England.

  • @101Airborneforwin P-51 had excellent range and good all-rounder.

FW-190 was evaluated to be superior by USAAF from captured example. Hence USA turned to daylight deep-penetration heavy bombing to destroy any Luftwaffe production capacity. Sorry.

  • Великое дело - ПРОПАГАНДА. Даже проигрывая войну утверждать и внушать идею о непобедимости. Но каждому - СВОЁ....

  • @Disgorge2a Why do you want to suck my dick ?

  • pffff

  • nette aufnahme - good shot of the "butcher bird"

  • Hans Ulrich Rudel was the best Stuka and FW-schlachtflieger pilot of WWII

  • Sehr schön, lang lebe die Luftwaffe, schade das sie von einem verblendeten und gewissenlosen Führer+Arschkriecherriege verheizt wurde

  • very very good !!

    long life luftwaffe !!

    beaultiful aeronave !!!!

  • B-E-A-U-tiful!

  • Sorry to be picky but they were FW-190F's. But great video. Thoroughly enjoyed.

  • I was just about to say that! I don't think the 'A' variants did ground attack.

  • They may have done strafing runs, but that's about it. No wing hardpoints. I'm a fighter guy, so I'm sticking with building my 190A-7

  • Fair enough, I'm quite fornd of the A-8/R11 nighfighter with the antennae on the wing.

  • Takrada, What SHOULD the USA have done? You are an ass wipe. Situation was very complicated. YOU SHOULD have been involved in a few things yourself as many of us were, then you might realize a bit more. My active service was ~1970-73, & then a little more later on. I lost friends in a war pee-brain. USA etc. SHOULD do this or that, YOU SHOULD.

BTW, during WWII USA & Finland made a secret deal whereby Finnish forces would not help the nazi Shitlerite scumbaggs take Lenningrad.

  • I agree with Tungstenwotan, the USA realized the single opportunity to defeat the communists to late. They should liberate France and stop war with German. I think German would fight against the Islamists next, we wouldn't have the problems of today. German didn't declare war against USA, GB or France, it was their own idea.

Christof139 you better shut up, Polish are really all time suckers and wailers, if you are a bitch in US uniform or not. The Germans fisihed Poland in 5 weeks.

  • Tungstenwotan, Don't be a Nazi PUNK scumbag. I'm a US Inf. Vet of Polish descent so shut your ignorant scumbag nazi mouth.

  • hahahaha Polish rofl sucker of the world, fucked by Nazis and Soviets, born to be a loser. Thanks for enlightenment, always the same same shit with you frigging wailers, really always. Yeah of course dude, you suggest to be a US Inf. Vet of Polish descent. You are 56, born 1953 and WW2 ends 1945, Polish descent rofl, cause of Stalin? lol fucking liar eat shit and die or go back to your dispatched dirty Shitpoland, it's the same snot muahahahaha

  • Loss of good pilots was also a problem for the Luftwaffe. Even with the planes, they were shot on combat pilots.

How many Me 109's leftover after Gemany surrendered?

    Tons of them!

  • Yeah, that's right. But Germany wasn't only running low on pilots, but also on fuel... at the end of the war, there was simply no fuel left, to get the small remaining Luftwaffe in the air.

    Regards from Germany

  • Yes, and thanks!

Fuel was critical, as were the pilots.

What's your take on the air warfare over Dunkirk evacuation in 1940? Can it be called a draw or did the RAF win... or did the Luftwaffe loose the battle?

    Thanks!

  • CarlSchwamberger, All the neo-nazis kiddies here are giving us thumbs down. They know nothing.

Yeah, there were ways to shoot down Me-262s and the Allies did nail a few. The Brits had the Glocester Meteor 1 in operation, and the much faster Meteor 3 ready to hit the production lines, and we also had a jet but it was slower than the Me-262. We didn't need them anyway.

  • Glocester Meteor 1 was in operation in 3 row cause this typ had oscillatory instability and no air victory at all. The Germans have Jets in the line of duty and air victories, most popular Me262, Me163, Arado234, Heinkel162.

  • Tungstenwotan, German jets had many problems. The Glocester 1 did indeed successfully intercept V1's just as Allied prop planes did. The Glocester 3 was ready for production but it did npt enter the war, & it was as fast & perhaps better than the Me-262. USA's jet was slower but was alos being improved. However, we didn't need them.

Germany was running low on everything from its error of starting WWII in Europe in 1939. Too much production capability & manpower arrayed against Germany.

  • V1 was no fighter aircraft, at least for german criterion ;-) As I have written, operation only in 3 row, no air victory at all. Me 262 pilot Oskar-Heinrich Baer shot down 16 fighter aircrafts and bombers, P51 and B17.

  • I never said the V-1 was a fighter, but knocking one down was an aerial victory.

Yeah, of course the Me-262 had the advantage, but it did get shot down in dogfights as well as when landing and taking off.

  • Maybe for you is knocking down a pilotless flying bomb or a balloon a aerial victory, for the germans not. Me262 pilots always attack the bombers with priority and not to dogfight with the fighters. Only a stroke of luck could damage a intact Me262. Shooting down a landing plane is not a hero act and also not real a aerial victory, today everybody thinks first about terrorists. But never mind, the Germans declares the communists war, Americans didn't realize that. Hard luck, missed the beat

  • Hate to inform you that an unarmed Allied transport plane or a naval dirgible was indeed counted as an aerial victory by the Luftwaffe.

Sorry, but some Me-262s were indeed shot down in dogfights & not while just landing or taking off.

Go have your adolescent bouts of ignorance elsewhere, or continue to state incorrecy info. & continue to make a fool of yourself.

  • I tell you what a "fool of yourself" is: The Germans had the chance to finish the Russians, but the Americans saved the communists asses. BUT ^^ since 1945 the US have to pay quadrillions of dollars on cold war weapons with the Russians. US have furthermore many enemies all around the world like North Korea, Iran, Taliban. And you little fool have no better job than to stir up with the communists in youtube as I can read ^^ Dude, get a life and don't waste my time. Bye bye hero of dreams

  • Back in 1970 my father introduced us to a friend who had nailed a Me262 in a dog fight. When the German approached from the rear the P51 pilot did a hard double turn or split S killing all his speed, causing the German to overshoot and pass. Instead of accelerating and coming around in a wide turn out of range the German pilot slowed and tried to make a tight turn back onto the Yank. The P51 pilot described a easy turn inside the jets turn and raking it with fire for several seconds.

  • Because war is always fun.

  • nah doubt it, the FW was the best all round fighter aircraft of the war, especially the D model, butcher bird FTW !

  • I think our American allies might have been informed of the capabilities of the Fw190 much earlier, by June 1942, after a somewhat disorientated German pilot landed at RAF Pembrey, in South Wales, and presented the Brits with a nice intact A3, just when they needed one. It was at the time, worryingly, indeed a very good aircraft!

  • Hindsight is 20/20

  • The germans killed any non european, homosexuals, people with metical disabilities, and people with mental disabilities. Germany had the most advanced technology and still has somewhat today. Hitler was very smart, he knew the world would be fucked like it is today if he didn't something to save it.

  • Hitler was the single greatest threat to Germany in the second world war . He singlehandedlly lead Germany to ruin thru the most idiotic and irational tactical and strategic decisions one could ever make . His chain of errors cost the Wehrmacht the war .

  • "metical' ???? He'd have had YOU killed! Fucking moron..

  • I think he means heavy rockers.

  • many arabic´s and black people fights together with the wehrmacht in africa

  • @Kargaron See French movie about Algerian battalion with DeGaulle's forces in Alsace 1944

  • @HeinrichGruenmann If it wan't for Hitler you would still be singing Schliessenliede in Beuthen and Pless.

  • Can I borrow this vid?

  • what he dropping at 0 18 drop tanks?

  • Bombs.

  • The germans lost because they banished (killed, etc.,) the best and the brightest and those that escaped and survived came to work for us. Stalin - the fuckin psycho megolomaniac - achieved the same. Was it something in the vodka and schnapps? Oh yeah.

  • Hitler didnt drink or smoke.

  • Not entirely true. According to "The Dictators" (Richard Overy) and "Hubris/Nemesis" (Ian Kershaw), Hitler DID enjoy some beer and wine from time to time. :)

  • What do you mean 'the world converses mostly in English."?

  • i think he mean that all over the world english the first speaking language is
