  • you're fucking awesome, i'll use sour video for a "studio version" :D

  • @metallicarlz96 Thanks Man! Rock on!

  • Very nice twist on an already awesome song, very good!

  • Holy shitt dude. FUCKIN AWESOME!!

  • Best drum cover ever cant see anyone beating this FUCKING ROCK ON

  • @xHellxStormx Wow Thanks!

  • thanks for this cover. it's good to have a good drum soundtrack when you play guitar

  • doing this with a 4 piece, you are one brave drummer, the only time i use a 4 piece is for nirvana and maybe metallica, but nice cover.

  • JEEZ!!! You are Sooo Amazing!!! 1 Subscription.

  • @rahkshi247 Thanks!!!

  • lovin the kit man !

  • i like the BallZ out playing here mate keep it Up

  • Awesome drum cover, and great drum kit

  • Cover Behind the Crooked Cross?

  • Well, I'm short on time at the moment but more than that YouTube is pissin me off with all the copyright crap. I've made some vids they just won't post.....

  • man i think u should reply to m169marroquin hes like famous to any guitar its like a priviledge for him to compliment hes almost better than slayer look his channel

  • @nebilmetalhead11 he is no way better then slayer but yes he is good

  • Nice!! Luv this song!!!

  • Sick cover dude, well played. A bit of synchronization issues (like, drum to song) but still a sweet cover!

  • Not bad. I like my hats better though. I play a 13" Sabian HH fusion bottom and an AA 14" top. Paiste Signature series 22" ride, 14" 16" 18" crash, Ufip 8"10" slash and Sabian China.

    Yamaha Recording Custom Birch drums.

  • I love Paiste signature series. I think they are the best sounding cymbal made. Unfortunately, to get that sound they are pretty fragile (for me at least) after cracking a crash I gave up the perfect sound for more durability and went with A customs.. now I'm on a meinl kick at the moment...

  • I think the Signatures are under warranty and from what a buddy of mine said recently, they have no problem replacing cymbals. You only need toe original receipt of purchase and the proper warranty card filled out.

My Paiste sig power ride is tits. Man I live that thing. The Sabian hat idea I got from BB Chung King's drummer. Man, what a signature fucking sound. EVERYONE asks me after a gig what I play. It's always fun convo.

  • Nice, I've always looked to change up things. I would gig with the full Tama set up with the rack then a 4 pc the next. I have been trying different sizes on everything. 22" and 24" kicks 20" and 24" rides. Goofin' around at home I set up a 24" kick with an 8" splash over a 10" splash with a 13" pic. snare and 24" ride. Good to hear you found the perfect combo you like... That's what it's all about! If you love the sound your getting it make playing that much more fun...rock on man!

  • nice drum kit man

  • can i ask what hi hat your using and the drop clutch i need new hardware

  • In this vid it's a 14" Zildjian A custom master sound high hat. I don't have a drop clutch because I play single pedal on the kick.

  • man... i´m gonna download this!!!

  • ddddddduuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuddddddddddeeeee i love u

  • Ok Christhe, ill let you know when i post it. By the way do you like Opeth?

  • I can't say I've heard much of Opeth's music

  • Dude its an awesome cover, and you have a mindblower drum kit, i envy you hehehehe. I starting my spill the blood cover, ill upload it soon, i hope you watch it ok,

    Keep rocking !!!!

  • Thanks! I def. check out your vid. Let me know when you post it.

  • one of the best slayer drum covers ive seen

  • Wow man, Thanks!

  • Dont listen to the "you need more toms....: stuff. you are phenomenal! I also play a 4 piece and always catch crap! this inspires me and shows others that, actually, less IS more!

    peace

    aaron

  • sweet dude... maybe you would need more toms for a slayer cover, but sweet..

(sorry for my bad english btw)

  • nice

  • You´re a pretty good drummer....Congratulations !!!

  • what ride are you using? id like to buy one

  • In this vid it's a 20" zildjian A custom.. but for rock and metal I'd suggest Meinl's 24" MB20 pure metal ride (Chris Adler from Lamb of God signature ride). I used it in the other slayer vid. I'm also working on posting a vid of Seether's The Gift where you get be able to really hear the ride a little better. I'm shooting the vid today and hopefully will have time to edit and post either tonight or tomorrow.

  • sorry I forgot...it's a projection ride. I'm sure there are a few different 20" A custom rides out there...

  • whats with the different drum heads? Is it for tone or do u just use a more expensive one for your snare cause it gets the most beatin?

  • Not sure what you mean, It's a snare head (Evans ST Dry)....the toms are tom heads (Evans EC2). Please tell me you don't use a clear tom head on your snare.........to answer the question It is for tone. Heads are only about 14 bucks, but if you don't pick the correct one for the sound you are trying to get, or if you don't know how to tune, a $5000 kit will sound like @#$%....

  • i was just wonderin cause in my schools band the drums set has all white drum heads

  • I got ya, coated toms... They are a warmer tone and have a texture good for brushes...Good for Jazz but they sound good for other music styles too.I use the EC2 clears for a punchier deeper full sound for rock/hard rock/metal. Sorry I didn't understand at first, I thought you were talking more about the snare head instead of the toms

  • Pretty good!!! Keep on rocking my friend.

  • for example:

GOD SEND DEATH or SKELETIONS OF SOCIETY !

  • This is perfekt !!!

    Great job !

pls produce more from slayer drummings !

  • What a song to cover!!!!! You did a great JOB!!!!!!! Great song. You should post other Slayer drum songs like Divine Intervention and Skeletons of Society! liil

  • Hey dude, you re playin great. I m thinkin of buying the same kit cause of I dont have enough money to buy a maple custom. But I think this kit is %100 maple, ha? And Love your cymbals sound! Which cymbal are u using?

  • Thanks! Yea this kit is all maple you'll love it...other than you can't add on any other drums.. So if your happy with a 4pcs go for it! My cymbals are all Zildjian A custom. The exact sizes and types are listed on my channel page. Good luck!

  • You re wrong I think. Cause yamaha tour custom is sold as

    TC-2T 5 = 22"+10"+12"+14"TOM+14X6"SNARE

    TC-2FS 5 = 22"+10"+12"+16"FLOORTOM+14X6" SNARE

    TC-2F 4 = 22"+12"+16"FLOORTOM+ 14X6" SNARE

But I really loved your cymbals, Im gonne but them

  • It's a Yamaha Tour custom Moto X.(Orange stripe) They have the spec's on musician's friend. Not trying to be a @#%& just the 24X18 kick was one of the reasons I got it.

  • Oh right! It is MotoX. I didn't realize that Anyway, sorry about that. You're playin really great. I hope you ll add more videos with tour custom! Good works!

  • Hey man just wondering what heads do you use on your kit? nice druming....

  • Thanks man, all evan's heads...for the toms G2 clear reso's EC2 batters. For the snare 300 reso ST Dry batter and the kick has the factory front head and EMAD batter side. I also use O rings. Same goes for my Tama kit in the other vids. Thanks for checking it out.

  • The BEST !!!

  • i got that same kit its sick

  • Yeah same here i got it about three weeks ago im loven it

  • sweeet dude

  • hey bro, I was thinking of buying that kit, I was wondering, is the =tom have d-spension mounts?

  • no, it's the typical yamaha ball mount, the same one they use for the stage custom series. You also get the multi clamp to mount it to a cymbal stand. I'm not a big fan of yamaha hardware but it's holding up so far.

  • clean & efficient !

  • nice work, well done. great song.

  • I dig yo' arms bro'!

  • Thanks man.....can never have enough ink!!!

  • Thanks for playing this kit haha I wanted to hear how it sounded before I went ahead and got one cause the only place that sells drums around me is guitar center and that is about an hour from me..nice drumming by the way

  • the toms r aquarian performance 2's it looks like. i use the same on my pearl. superkick 2's with the resonators on the bass. i personally dunno bout him but use classic clears on the resonator of the toms. gives a real nice low punch aquarians r the way to go

  • The toms are actually the stock heads, I made this vid a few days after getting the kit. The heads have remo o-ring muffles painted black so the do look like the performance 2's The kick is an evans emad. When I replace them I will go with evans ec2's on the batters and g1 clear on the reso's

  • Fucking great song. Great drumming too!

  • With which program do you pput the subtitles??

  • imovie......Mac rules! lol

  • Is something similar for windows????

  • windows movie maker, nice cover man! I love that yamaha kit, i wanted to get the white tour custom a while back, but i am liking the moto x better!

  • What drum heads do u use?

  • I think in this vid they were the stock heads because the kit was new, but here is what I use. Evans EMAD on the bass batter, Evans ST Dry on the snare batter and 300 on the snare reso, Evans EC2 clear on the tom batters and Evans G1 Clear on the tom batters.

  • Love the set. I am getting a 5-piece Tour Custom with a Suspended Floor Tom for that special jazzy sound. I have played on many and they sound great, especially compared to the price. I can't wait to get one. Great drumming, by the way. As we can all help each other out, I just helpfully and kindly remind you to keep watching to keep those forearms still. :)

  • Are those new cymbals? If not, how do you clean them?... cause man.... they shine!

  • Nope, They are actually around 5-6 years old and because I gig alot I clean them probably too much. They get tons of finger prints, beer stains you name it lol. I use pro mark groove juice spray. About 1 min. per side, rinse with water and dry. It is not as harsh on the logos as paste but you still need to avoid wiping the logo or it will wear away. They are also A-customs which are a very reflective line.

  • THANKS MAN!

  • What drum set do you think sounds better...your tama or your yamaha?

  • well, that's tough, the Tama's omni tune makes it easier to fine tune and it's fast. The Tama snare is better but I really like the 24" Yamaha kick. They are different sizes also so the yamaha is deeper. I love both of them, as far as price the yamaha was about 3000 cheaper....that is something to think about!

  • awesome hola soy de chile tienes mucho estilo eres bastante bueno me encanta slayer

que estes muy bien sigue asi adios

  • FELICIDADES...

  • you look really comfortable behind you drum set.

  • Thanks, I'm really used to playing on a 6 piece, so this actually felt kind of off. I want to get my usual fills and songs converted to a 4 piece so I can carry less crap to gigs when I feel lazy....and what better a song to force you to work than Dave Lombardo and Slayer.

  • your kit also sounds very good for not being miced.

  • awesome
