@NightmareAU I've played both games. But if you put it that way; WoW is just like that too. During combat you just attack and keep attacking. But WoW gets more complex when you get farther into the game when it comes to combat. But many people don't realize that Runescape is the same with that. In Runescape it is alot of strategy as in what you bring in your inventory and whatnot becuase if you die; you lose items. You also need to decide which potions and whatnot to bring.
the fact that you have to pay for this game EVERY month gets expensive. then buying crap that I'm sure you can get at some point in the game is stupid. and buying all the add-on's is just plain ridicules -.-

There's a difference between people who balance their lives, giving enough time to work, social interactions/relationships, physical activity, and general living, and people who play all day long. Old wow looks so amazing but I don't think Cataclysm is that bad infact I like the new level cap and content. Ganking has gone down due to level 85 guards so you need alot of people to attack a place and the fact that there is loads of new content. Mhm and for me its quite good because Alliance is always winning in battlegrounds :D

I have the original wow and burning crusade (just for the new races) and it was great for the time I played. The soundtrack was phenomenal, it was a great little virtual community, and the largest fantasy game world I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I don't believe I can dedicate enough hours to the game to get my money's worth. I despise the subscription fee. @radmaster13 characters look more realistic and the expansion packs are cool. The characters ARE realistic and the graphics pwn what ever warcraft has, and the quests are very very entertaining. When i get bored of play oblivion i go back to wow and back and forth!

Hey, i need help! Okay so my bro bought wow and installed it and used the code. After a while also i installed it on my computer, but i didn't have to write in a code. I have wow trial, is this why? Also when my trial ends, can i upgrade my account to a full wow account without that code? Please help

There's a difference between people who balance their lives, giving enough time to work, social interactions/relationships, physical activity, and general living, and people who play all day long. There are people who do that, and there are people who waste their lives playing games. But that's (at least I like to think) a minority, and as long as you keep control over you life, then you won't fit any of those stereotypes.

Old wow looks so amazing but I don't think Cataclysm is that bad infact I like the new level cap and content. Ganking has gone down due to level 85 guards so you need alot of people to attack a place and the fact that there is loads of new content. Mhm and for me its quite good because Alliance is always winning in battlegrounds :D

I have the original wow and burning crusade (just for the new races) and it was great for the time I played. The soundtrack was phenomenal, it was a great little virtual community, and the largest fantasy game world I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I don't believe I can dedicate enough hours to the game to get my money's worth. I despise the subscription fee. It made me feel like I shouldn't play any other game while I was paying for WoW. Perhaps I'm just a "casual" gamer.

Right now i am starting to shop for a new MMO,Becouse i have been playing Second Life for the past five years and i am geting a little tired of Second Life and some of it do the in world economy sucks!!!! amd the land vule is crashed do to IE Linden labs,But at the same time Second Life and EverQuest II will all wayes remain to my heart but i am going to give WoW a second chance.

This is one of those cases where non-gamers loathe gamers simply because they can, and they don't have any qualities to be stereotyped (per se). It's sad, but people do it because they are bored. Trolls, people who flame, heated discussions, so forth.
I don't play this game anymore but it was definitely the best gaming experience for me.
