He must have winced so often at the Hitchcock wanna-be moniker when DCM shows is in 4:00 minutes DePalma's use of Eisenstein, Antonioni, Chabrol and our own John Ford...that's in 4 minutes! It speaks to DARKCITYMOVIES' gifts at concisely catching (and occasionally catching-out) a director's sense of the language of film. DePalma mostly uses this language fluently as DCM shows.
