My honest opinion?

Money for nothing as far as I'm concerned. A bit of research tells me that there is zero evidence that this 'treatment' has any benefits whatsoever. And it's actually gross! What was his technique? I've read that some of them prick the skin, just like preparing sausages for the grill, to let blood come out. Some even make tiny incisions. :¬O IT'S MUMBO JUMBO!!!!!!!

So~do you think this helped you to get over the flu faster? When I'm sick I get muscle & body aches & my skin hurts. However, if this helps..I would try it. In reading your comments (obviously..I knew you had the flu - duhh), Maybe you won't bruise as you continue the cupping treatment. I am going to look for it here. I'll let you know if I find it. We DO have a little Chinese massage place, they do feet massage, etc..to help rid toxins and improve organ (circulation). Thanks for sharing!

@see4ward ... I didn't have a cold this time hun, but the first time I had it done I did. Was really sick with the flu and after this ... good as gold in 2 days. Amazing!!! It's also good for relaxing muscle tension, that's why I got it done this time ... if you can find someone that does it ... it's well worth it. I'm a delicate little petal and bruise pretty easily, so hopefully you wont look as bad as I did :)
