I will rate them a 4 but only bc I had Sprinkles while I was in LA and they were unbelievable!! Crumbs is amazing as well! Mmmmm all this cupcake talk is making me hungry!
these cupcakes look amazing. next time you're in ny you should check out billys in tribeca or chelsea the cupcakes are AMAZING! Like best frosting ever and sugar sweet sunshine bakery on the lower east side is amazing as well
