Sorry buddy but laser ratings are by output not drive current, You would not be able to fit a 100 watt tube inside a microwave (there roughly five to six feet long), let alone a 1.1Kw tube. Now for the power aspect, a Co2 laser has about a 10% coeffienct. In order to power a 100w tube you would need a 1Kw power supply, For a 1100w tube you would require 11,000Kw. Max your gonna get from a house hold line is 110v at 30amp's (3.3Kw) though standard is 20amp's (2.1Kw)

Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is quite toxic if inhaled, though its not flammable or "explosive". I think you might be confusing it with N2O (Nitrous oxide), it has little to no toxicity outside of risk of asphyxiation, however it can be explosive under the right conditions, as it is a vary strong oxidizer. Though by it self its vary stable and non-flammable.
