  • so gladi traded in my brain for this sweet beard!

  • yes..let's all ramble on youtube about how opposition to poor policies and those who rule and kill carelessly is pointless and just plain dumb.

while we're at it,we can display how ignorant we are to what socialism is as opposed to what communist parties have been in the past.

im sure all those young americans subjected themselves to a riot for no good reason,it wasnt damn near 60,000 of your generation who came home in a box,so shut up if you dont have anything meaningful to say.

  • Get some stick time on those hippies. They need to round up all those occupied wall st. fucks and put them in a fema camp.

  • Don't let informants and infiltrators into the Wall Street protesters movement like they did in the 1960s. They joined merely to INCITE violence and discredit the non-violent protesters messages. This is not a fiction, it was actually proven through subsequent investigations. Remain vigilant and non-violent and you will likely achieve your goals and objectives. Don't use violence against informers and infiltrators, expose them as the instigators of violence into a non-violent class struggle.

  • i agree with the police. this sounds very much like the london riots. violence is not the answer.

  • I study history, ancient writing to modern and everything in between. But when I read "The Mass Psychology of Fascism" by Wilhelm Reich it was made quite quite clearly and backed up well that they are one in the same, not by definition, but outcome. The Murder of Christ also written by Reich was an eye opener to the uniformity of all political arenas. Though I agree, there has never been a Communist civalization, but there has never been a "Civalization" either.

  • One would think that this would occur now as the middle class is being eradicated.

  • Whoever has Synchronicity was running things. philipnute com

  • Imperialism = Fascism in Desguise, it feeds it's Society with a View of Classes, Religion, and Politics, Wich spews into our fellow Humans and Mother Earth Hate, War and Death. Communism stands for Equality, Respect and Dignity, the Bloodshed behind it only represents the Elimination of those who opposed the Vital Values that need to be given to Human Life.

  • @gnpgoldy I dont know where you studied because that is not correct at all. Superficialy they are more similar. But that is only because no true communist country has ever existed. There doctrines are polar opposites.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic I agree with what you said about Hoffman and the whole Yippie movement, but the anticollege thing is a bit extreme. There are predominatly liberal universities and predominatly conservative universities

  • @medesdaddy You understand that Nazi Fasism and Communism are complete opposites. If someone sounds like one they will definitaly not sound like the other. Please understand what youre saying before you say it

  • @PloKoon02

I have studied these things my whole life, and fascism and communism are almost exactly the same at its core. At superficial value, yes, the eyes see a difference, but the end result is the same...totalitarianism.

  • More that a third of the provocateurs on Michigan Avenue were either FBI agents or FBI/Chicago police snitches. They were paid to create a theater of violence to make Daley look good. It was fascist theater, created by Daley for Daley's benefit. It backfired.

  • @PkInWild : Yeah the officers kicked some commie arse back then, but today they just stand there at the rallies while these communist bastards spew their anti-American hatred. I agree with you that we are a weaker nation all thanks to democratic rule. Also we are weaker due to professors who are educating our people with their Marxist viewpoints. 9 out of 10 professors in colleges hate this country.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic you are just so wrong, in so many ways haha

  • @mushroomcloud46 : Not meaning to be rude, but how am I wrong? What Hoffman and his boys did was what most historical experts would call rebellion (or a variant of the word. It was not free speech as the protests were not peaceful. Free assembly doesn't mean do what the Yippies did. Also its ture that the majority of college professors want to change this country. I've heard from plenty in person who say those things.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic Well, what prompted my comment was when you said 9 out of 10 professors hate this country, which is just not true. But what you said just now is true. Most professors see problems with our country, just because they are intelligent enough to do so. That does not mean they hate America.

  • @FolkMusicFanatic Oh My God...You sound just like a nazi........Or a communist!!!!

  • He looked like Bill O'Reilly @ 1:52.

  • I meant communists.

  • Nice. Beat the democrats. BEat em. :-D

  • He sounds exactly like Gene Hackman.

  • @bronco3250 really funny lol

  • flagbac, that's the most stupid comment i've seen in ages, thanks for entertaining me with your little monkey brain

  • i guess as long as they had their sgt pepper record hippies were full of shit

  • "They want pot instead of patriotism. Sure sounds like the liberals of today in California lol.

  • Comment removed

  • They want sideburns instead of solutions

they can all go to hell.

  • Abbie Hoffman is a pile of $hit.

  • Fuck the POLICE.

  • The police did what they had to do to maintain order. There is no place for anarchy.

  • @NYerintransit The World is Watching and America is embarassed.

  • @NYerintransit

daley may have been able to use the term "containment" to justify the brutal police force, but in truth he was expressing what he would rather have, confinement

  • dude the police took their nightsticks and beat college students just because they wanted an end to war!!!!!

  • @ZKB7 Students were splashing ketchup on themselves and screaming for the cameras. Yeah, there was bad shit goin on but also lots of socialist theatre. I know, I was there.

  • everyone rioted cuz everyone kept getting fucked with by the police all the time because he or she was black. I'ts bullshit man. Also The native americans belonged here before white people, think bout how they felt when there land was taken. Really America, isn't white peoples or black peoples land, so when they saw America belongs to whites, not really, where were the native americans at in 1968 in Chicago???

  • real talk

  • @StunnaShades09 everything u said about america belonging to the native americans is true, but not the cause of the 1968 riots. The 1968 riots came as a result of long discontent from the new hippie/yippie movement from the generation of baby boomers going into college, gaining an education. Their discontent was with basically everything that was their parents' values (they thought that America was too materialistic, racist, etc.). Most protesters saw the Vietnam war as the epitome of all

  • @StunnaShades09 of the evils in America. However, in the 1968 elections, after Lyndon B. Johnson pulled out of the race and Robert Kennedy was assassinated (both of whom had plans to take America out of the war), the only candidate who wanted to take America out of the war left was Eugene McCarthy. At the end of the conference in Chicago, it was pretty clear that Humphrey was going to win and the protestors were furious.

  • @StunnaShades09 One person in Grant Park tried to lower an American flag as a form of protest and this is where the police took their opportunity to attack the protestors. The riot was later called a police riot and was rightfully called so because while it showed the frustration of the hippies/yippies, it also showed the fustration of the police's. This frustration was because most of the police force were ethnic minorities (still white), but included Polish, Italian, Irish Catholic, etc.

  • @StunnaShades09 They were part of the working class and, as a result, it was mostly their children who were sent off to war and fight and that is why they mostly supported the war. On the other hand, the anti-war students were children of mostly upper middle class WWII veterans, and thus they went to good colleges and got a good education. As a result, very few anti-war protestors were drafted because of the fact that they were in school. So, even though the riot was being broadcasted worldwide

  • @StunnaShades09 the police still brutally assaulted the crowd because of their frustration, thinking of the anti-war protestors as ungrateful, spoiled children who didn't know how good they had it, while their own children were being sent off to the war.

  • Of course you don't show the destruction and the looting. of the west side business.

    Savages destroyed the West Side

  • 1968 was a terrible year for America! I was 7 years old then!

  • And its gotten better how? lol
