I hear that at times the the GPS has difficulty aquiring a good signal, Anyone care to comment on this concern? I am interested in possibly purchasing one of these but have some concerns! Thanks...

i cant wait to get this...ive used polar in the past but having to return them for a battery change in high season sorta ruined the whole experince...ive not used garmin but have heard enough bad things from legitimate people to stay the hell away...this timex seems to be the ticket...its got it all..ive got one waiting on me for the first of june cant wait..i dont mind the large size actually

When I saw Timex-Jason's hand next to it at 0:39 I was wondering if this thing really was huge, and it seems that it is, indeed. The negative reviews are starting to come in and size is at the top of the list. It's almost 2 1/4 inches across, so it's not going to be for everyone. I'd have ordered it outright, but hoping instead that a local REI has one to try on.

Please, PLEASE be a good piece of gear. I'm sick of my Garmins dying two months after warranty.
