Just for fun I matched your car. 395hp, and started with sports tires. I could only get 1'02 with those.. then with rm tires, i got a solid 57.023. It's amazing how much of a difference racing tires make.
Well, not really. A little bit of TCS will help you immensely. A computer can determine optimal throttle level for coming out of a corner at maximum speed without burning out. It can do it a lot better than any human...
in GT4 that is an utopic dream mz friends. sure it works on some hi powered low grip cars, but definately not on skyline which already has one of the best drivetrains in the game. on top its 4wd. and on racing tires, its actually really hard to lose grip.
jezzzus people "tearin' it up" with racing wheels against other cars with s-grade tires, with the aids on (lol) and agains AI oponents isnt really "tearin' it up".
That's a good point. I guess I just have to do it all over again with sports tires... And actually do a nice job editing. This is crude by comparison to my NSX / Supra videos.
dude i lap tsukuba 55.9 with mines bnr34 with ss tires no driving aids and no tcs so your excuse are lame and i made my own gtr with 650ps and it lap tsukuba 57.5 so really your skills are weak i adjust u to try something not a strong but yet good like the evo
Last night in a bone stock GT-R R34, I lapped Tsukuba (with SM tires) in under 1:03. I will be posting vids tonight.. Then I will see how I can do with SS tires in a full blown 800hp maxed out R34 with perfect gearing etc... :)

sure, but when you can pull twice the latteral force in corners it doesn't really matter. And GTR is no slow car.

In case you didn't notice, in this video I lapped in just over 58 WITH LESS THAN 400HP. Yes, I had racing tires but dude... Wow.
Don't advise me to try something slower. I'm putting up a new GT-R video soon :)
