I thought Sand texture was more expensive than that.$2.00 is good price for the sand, LOL.Oh well, thought I give you the idea about the corn meal. Corn meal is what I use, it looks good and works great too.

Here's a little tip. Instead of purchasing sand texture, just buy some corn meal and mix it with the paint. It has the same effect, cheaper, and the corn meal does not settle to the bottom of the paint like Sand Texture. By the way, the home is looking great!
