He got his holes same with the movie (basically it is Shin who put the holes in him). What is different with this movie and the manga is that they mixed all unrelated characters in, like Jagi (or Sean Penns character), they changed Kenshiro's first battle when saving Lynn (that little girl) from Zeed. Go check out in "Mangafox", some good people translated the Manga for you to read as I doubt you can find and buy the officially translated one in complete form.

Shin is blonde (probably caucasian). Yuria/Julia is caucasian, and Kenshiro is asian (he's based on Bruce Lee feature-wise and personality-wise).

Kenshiro's actor is more suited to play Yuda/Juda. Maybe passable as Rei (maybe).

@dublades : Eventhough the movie overall kinda sucks, it still has a following (well, it's the only HnK/FotNS live-action movie). The effects weren't that bad. It was the casting and acting that really hurt this film (most of the actors/actresses weren't able to portray their characters properly and overall bad acting by most of them).

I hope they make another live-action of HnK/FotNS. With current technology and the "supposed" impending doom that 2012 brings, post-apoc films would do well.
