Try going to USPS.com and ordering free pickups for your packages..see what happens! Go to ship a package at top of page, click and try scheduling pick-up.

No he didn't loose his job but he is the laughing stock of our postal area.All over the tri state you had people contacting each other to listen to him show his a**Trust me when I say he's feeling the squeeze even as he pretends he's not!..

If you want to encounter a real psycho, take a trip to the Northfield Ohio Post office, and ask for the Postmaster. She has been kicked out of so many places, we've lost count. She has some political connections as well as being a minority. She has bullied, threatened and even pushed employees in places she worked. The Post Office loves these kind of bosses, as they scare everyone, and can never be fired.

Post offices across the country are threatened of closing. With the internet, UPS stores and other smaller postal stores, the US Postal Service (USPS) has lost LOTS of money. They are considering delivering mail fewer days and closing a lot of offices. So to have someone like you who gives them consistent business mistreated is counterproductive to staying in business. That guy will probably be on probation or terminated. Very smart in taping it. The Inspector General needed to know.

@johnm281 That's really too bad. If he is promoted it's just another case of our tax dollars being poorly managed. But I've worked in corporate America for many years. I've seen the same type of dysfunction where the worst workers move up the chain. I hope this isn't the case in this situation though.

@oldspice4002 HA! I stand corrected. So much for what I was taught about USPS in high school. They haven't received funding from tax dollars since the early 80's..... Hadn't paid attention to USPS until recently. Thought our dollars still paid for their lousy service. Good to know.

This man has bullied his way up the ladder. He has bullied his employees, other paying customers and anyone who disagrees with him. You saw a mild version of this man's psychological meltdowns. On a daily basis, I had to deal with his ineptness, his ego and his tyrants. Don't back off-follow this through and keep after the P.O. Good Luck>

trust me we who have worked with or should i say under this angered manager, we EMPLOYEES BELIEVE YOU . WE HAVE SEEN HIM MOVE FROM STATION TO STATION ,,and ..We employees have TRIED to get him into some program ,or at least work with machines instead of people.. He is 10 times worse to those he supervises.... he has allies above him that keep him from being fully accountable...
