One thing i would like to see is a Strat video about how a dedede player can counter natural enemys like marth, shiek, and other Fast characters. Especially on the "Pro" level because its hard for a dedede to fight against a more experienced and mindfull Marth player.

so. i gave you benefit of the doubt that it wouldn't suck ass, and watched the whole thing...

1/3 of all the clips were random fsmashes that the other players ran into retardedly..., on top of that, no part of the video required any ability of any sort. it looks like your playing people with no hands.

i suppose i shouldn't expect anything from brawl...but why people would make 7 minute videos with nothing in them is beyond me.

I've long ago switched back to Melee, this was made a mere 3 months after the game came out. Also, M2K doesn't play Dedede (anymore) it's all MK business.

Nice vid and nice DDD, but Your opponents really did suck. (I know i'm a dousche) But it's true. They didn't shield, side dodge, and I don't remember seeing one of them shorthop. The DDD was pretty good, but just find better opponents. (Search outside of Wifi)

Dedede is the first character i picked up in brawl -- love what you do with him, although i haven't really figured out how to make his rocket hammer work for me...

You have to rely a lot on luck and a lot on predicting your opponent. You'd really have to make it work for you, as everyone plays different. Just pull it out in friendlies from time to time, get a feel for it. It's also really good for a quick surprise attack when it isn't fully charged.

I actually don't get to play a whole lot anymore, sadly. Gonna get that fixed up hopefully soon, though. Dedede doesn't have combos, you've got to rely on mixing up what you do, and predicting your opponent. Learn where and when which moves are useful in certain situations.
