My aboslute favorite song lyrically. That second verse literally describes my thoughts to a T. I beleive that god was the ameoba cell that first somehow formed here, through hot meeting cold. then split into male and female and stopped being asexual. thats the jist of my theory, plus more. i.e. the hot and cold forming life was chaos, which is why we have war as man. Becuase life is chaos, it was formed by chaos (lava hitting water) and will be ruined by it (nuke)
@Phonetik831 Most of Sandpeople (from what I've heard, but definitely the ones who spit in this song) believe in God but dont believe in organized religion. They think it's a flawed system that causes a lot of problems mostly from the people who control it. And they keep their religious side of themselves personal instead of looking for someone else to give them all the answers to life. After all how can anyone expect to get the answers to life anyway but by simply living it.
i think what theyre getting is that they believe in god but theyre arnt necessarily christians because they see issues in the church. thats what i got at least
interesting song. are the sandpeople christian? I thought it was kind of funny they had a song with God then some other song is like I PICK UP BITCHES AT THE FOOD COURT lol. good album tho
....the song said it all.

Did it Ever Occur to you?
That nothing can be Created or destroyed either Energy or matter, only Tranffered,
And so that shit you pray for and don't get?
Dosn't mean God didn't hear you, only that,
God is building something, and your just a piece of it,
And God's going to do as God pleases, Not as you ask,
And if He dose as you ask? Your makeing God Stop what he was doing,
and piss the whole perfection he was building up, for your petty human reasons,
It took me 200 years to Get that .

This song is so glorious.
Gotta love around 2:05, "Whether the holy land is yours, or the holy land's mine/I don't think it's holy no more, it's full of land mines."

@kensabeast9 That parts great. Course I like "And if I can deny it, it aint undeniable is it?"

Listen at around 2:20, I think they are just mocking religion. From what I heard priests should keep their hands off his seeds as in his kids..
