Yeah, but I wish I could use these mods again, after I finish the last requests I have I will stop making police car skins, since I can;t even use them in the game anymore.

Dude you can use Gta Sa Ultimate editor which can edit almost anything like the handling and all sorts of stuff. There you can change this police car from 4 wheels drive to front wheel or rear wheel :)
