@Logikally the fact that he is shooting full auto in bursts that is leading to the lack in accuracy. I own this gun and from that distance i usually just shoot iron sights single shot and in one maybe two on a bad day i can take out a can of coke easily. that or hes just a terrible shot.

Yea, thats the reason i got it, for the look :) Im a fan of the olod M1 Garand and this is the closest i could find that i could afford so went with it. For CQB it would be a bit bit altho they do have the shorter barrel version also.

they are definately more reliable but the lack of a semi auto is a downfall. Im actually looking at a springer or a gas powered sniper rifle at the moment: Either the Gas powered Marushin Kar98k which just looks damn beautiful, or the Maruzen APS L96 which again looks slick. Will take a bit of saving tho

A quick look on the internet will show you that the AGM M14 is renowned for having problems after a month or so. Its a fairly cheap rifle so expected but no matter how you use it, it will eventually run into problems.

It does. Lasts about 500-1000 rounds before going. I think the gears on mine are busted now also as it wont shoot. I can hear a slight movement when i pull but nothing fires. I advise the TM one if you can afford it as this one does have probs. Cheap tho.

Its 1 joule so 328 feet per second which is the legal limit here. You cant own anything higher without a licence.

It certainly did. After about 500 or so rounds. Not too worry tho, its easy enough to squeeze one off at a time on full auto altho sometimes can jam if you pull for just the wrong time. Dont wanna think what its doing to the gears doing that! :D
