Cute dog. Wearing anything would cause most dogs to freak out. It'd be like feeling you were trapped in something, survival instincts, get the hell out of it. Could you train the dog out of the instinct, yes. Is it neccessary, up to the owner, but for me no.

very misbehaved puppy. you need to be more stern. and when i say be stern i really mean yell it in her face. however he's very cute.
