@WanZul7 actually they do have more songs but you just have type Initial D in Japanese and you'll find there wikipedia page of Galla but that's also in Japanese so you may need to use a translator to see the information, It also haves the members names too! ;)

Basically, he won the season ender match against Ryosuke and Ryosuke tells Takumi afterwards to not let himself be content with racing in Akina alone because there's a bigger world out there.

I found it to be a good ending honestly and well worth the slight change from the manga version.

@WanZul7: I believe that I read about Galla somewhere. If my memory serves me correctly, I think they are the vocalists of the band are the voices of the main characters of the anime. Seki Tomokazu I think and some other guy. I'm sorry, it's been years... I think I was 16 then, and I'm 23 now. hah!
