Allergies are not due to a weak immune system. It's an over-reaction of the immune system responding to things which are harmless. A weak immune system doesn't react to much of anything, harmful or otherwise. IE., the difference between MS & AIDS. In MS, the body attacks it's own tissue as foreign, these folks should not use echinacea or anything which enhances immune response. People with AIDs have a deficient immune system which needs all the help that it can get.
