But the current beta is the final one, because compications have made any further hacking render the game useless. I get freezes and bricks all the time when i try to move past Beta 4, so the project is staying as is.
I'll look into it. It may be an error in the map. It seems like everytime I go and edit, a map randomly gets glitched. Meteor Falls actually got glitched and I had to re-tile a few parts.

When you pick your starter (I strongly recommend Flygon because you can catch Jirachi and Celebi very early in the game.) there is a master ball attatched. Remove it and catch a Mewtwo, Mew, or Deoxys and then you should be fine. The ips file is not needed if you downloaded the hacked ROM. The ips is only for patching original unhacked Ruby ROMs. So unless you plan on patching and unhacked ROM yourself, you don't need the ips, just download the hacked ROM from the link.
thanks i found it. But how do I turn it to normal and then add the cheats? and I entered fullscreen but i can't go back to the options menu to change it back
right now i see mewtwos at lvl 100 as the first pokemon i meat so I'm wondering how do i disable the cheats you put on? and how do i get it to the original screen size?
They aren't cheats. I physically hacked the game to MAKE it do that. You're SUPPOSED to be able to do this. That's why it's called Pokemon Cheap-Ass Ruby. IT'S CHEAP! If you wanted the regular pokemon ruby, go download THAT one then. This one was hacked so you can catch all the legendary pokemon.

that was a really random question... i'm not gonna change the music, if you can figure out how, go ahead, change it, but Music will not be changed. although somehow, the music in the intro and the first city got messed up... i really don't know why...

the VBA program is just 64 KB and the ROM is 4.73 MB. You should have enough space...
