I love the way they make love in the movie. It is one of the best love scenes i've ever seen. They are great. They deserve a video, just like any other actors who made love scenes famous. Carnivale was cancelled after 2 seasons (12 eps each). The tragedy is that the creator, Daniel Knauf, had planned out six seasons. So the fans will never see the final 2/3 of the story.
I think he said that seasons 3 through 6 would be about the showdown between Ben and Justin...you know at least Firefly was made into a movie to at least TRY to wrap things up, I don't see why we can't have that here...
Well, #1, HBO offered Dan Knauf a "wrap up" movie option, but he turned it down. He said that there was no way he could "wrap up" 48 hours of story in a 2-hour movie and felt it was better to leave the show unfinished than to finish it poorly. Most fans agreed. #2, HBO owns ALL creative rights to the story which means Dan cannot continue the story in any form on his own. It's truly a sad and frustrating situation.
even more tragic, HBO owns the rights to Carnivale, preventing Knauf to do anything with his brainchild, not even write a book about his characters, effectively saying: you can't write your own story, which is just messed up.
Well, they don't share either a mother or father, so it's kinda hard to be brother and sister that way. But I definitely agree - cancelling this show was one of many big mistakes HBO made.

The song is perfect, the video is outstanding, and I love how each clip was chosen to showcase Sofie and Ben's special "connection."
Despite others objections, this was expertly done. The video was (and still is) a wonder to behold.
