Im really not a fan of Street Fighter at all but that Chun-Li looks really nice, actually looked really impressive!!

These do look much beter than the NECA SFIV figures.

If I had to choose I would get these over te NECA figures for sure.

I wish Square hhad done a better job hiding the articulation points.

I have all the SOTA figures and a few varients so I am not getting these.

@unleadedlogic I plan on getting the lot, all 4 of the currently revealed sf figures, I have to give you props for reviewing Ryu, most people only review Chun li and when I ask "Why dont you do a review on ryu, kind sir?" the response is always the same "I wont review ryu because he doesnt have an ass like chun li"...

awesome review!! these play arts street fighters are ok... i'd still go for neca's street fighter it looks more accurate to the game and anime well, everyone has there own opinion but if i had a choice to choose.. i'd go for both play arts and neca =]

Just picked up Ryu today. Amazing figure. I was able to pose a pretty accurate Hadouken. My only gripe is the ankle articulation. It's changed up from other Play Arts figures and it makes it more difficult to stand. Can't wait to pick up Chun Li. In the meanwhile I can have my own Capcom Fighting All Stars with Play Arts Chris Redfield. Great review.

Sweet review Mike. These look better than I thought they would, especially Chun Li. Play Arts has so many figures coming out this year its insane. I still haven't picked up their Master Chief, Batman, or these. I'm looking forward to their Cammy, Kratos, and Nathan Drake in the upcoming months. I'm going to a local convention here soon and if they don't hike up the price too much I'll prob pick them up.

I am not impressed with the the design of the characters. They seem to have missed the mark with the sculpt of the face. For $50.00 I would have expected a better likeness. At best, those figures should retail for $30.00 at the most.

@segagenesis1989 I'll agree with you to some degree. I think figures in general have seen a incredible price hike over the last 5 years. Even 30 dollars for a good chunk of figures out there is some what crazy. Especially because that price range kills off the younger kids getting them. Then again, these are marketed for collectors, so you have expect the price hike to some degree. I'm sure if these tank you can get them for 30 bucks if not less. I was to get a few FF ones for under that.
