  • can i ask for ur points do u wire them up and if so what do use and what point motors are good easy to wire i like the pl11 i think there called by peco

    and a hornby r8247 points decoder any other ideAS

  • @jmsschooner I use Hornby points, then useing Peco side mounted points motors P L 11, wired to a Peco switch pl13 sat in a switch cradle (not sure of the no. ) then I use a capacitor between the auxillary from the transformer.to the switches

  • realy great 3 years ago it was just a baseboard with track i also had it like yours about 3 years ago but never got round to detailing it

  • @howarth004 well the reason is because it was covered in austin summerset parts for a year after the table was put up then we layed the track then it got covered up again in rubish and the draws got stuck with my trains left in there untill this winter and just this weekend we did some clearing out in the garrage so more stuf back on the table but i did some clearing out myself (got all my trains out and took them in storage in my room)

    Another super video, you just have to love the sound of a class 37 pulling away. Very nice clip at the end, from such humble beginnings, who would have believed that just a short trip down the line would emerge a great layout.

  • @jmsschooner I have the peco switches , but some just do it manually

  • can i ask what do u use to clean ur locomotives

  • @jmsschooner Just clean with a clean piece of cloth, maybe use a bit of wd40 on the cloth
