Yummm, that would be really good. I have some Ben & Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk, christ .. it was great. Two scoops on warm brownies and chocolate syrup ... it really is the remedy for ANYTHING. Definitely a good end to any night. Btw - I know what you mean about wanting to eat the batter itself, haha. I always have to lick the spoon.

And, you've got to make sure the powdered sugar isn't too thick, or you could inhale it when you're going in for a bite, making you cough uncontrollably, or a downblast from your snoot could blow off a cloud of it, which is a waste of sugar!
That's so weird, I made a double batch of brownies tonight. The same exact kind that you made, haha. What's really good is to cut a slice, heat it for about 10 - 15 seconds in a microwave. Then put two scoops of any of your favorite ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup on the top. Talking about a sugar coma, heh!
