  • Some people sound like a robot when playing this song, but I feel a warm when you play the song :) I like it very much thanks!

  • @EasternWind29 That's really kind!

  • I almost lost my job a year ago when i stated that Exodus was originally composed by Clayderman. Before seeing this video i still thought that Clayderman has at least written one piece, this. But, not to be...

  • @JohnDark93 Well, Clayderman may have written something - but, as I have said in my notes, he is really a frontman for de Senneville and Toussaint! He gets the glory and they get (I hope) some decent revenues!

  • @PSearPianist I hope so too....

  • I loved this video but I ADORE the song ! You're really good.

Most of the pianist taht I know can't play with there hearts this song but you can.

I'm learing this song right now and I just like to say that there's one person other than you who can play it amazingly : Rebeca, my piano teacher and my role modle.

Once again, you are REALLY REALLY good.

  • @266Girl Thanks for your very kind comment. Feeling and emotion is very important in piano playing, and I am pleased that you have a teacher who can inspire you! Good luck with your study of the piece!

  • Hermoso me encanto como toca!!! espero su respuesta

    Gracias

  • @Yanet6141 Thank you very much!

  • I'm speechless!

Your piano sound amazing and you're so good!

  • @Girly3595 Thank you very much for your kind comment - and I hope your voice comes back very soon!

  • A MASTERPIECE!!

  • @BillyBrooksMusic I'm pleased you like it so much.

  • Спасибо!!!

  • @ElenMos I'm glad you liked it!

  • i learnt to play this piece over the last like 5 months and i feel such an acomplishment...! haha brilliant!! love it!! your very inspiring...did you write this for your daughter..? thats what i read on wikipidea...?

  • @maybesomedaydude Thank you! I am not Paul de Senneville and did not write the piece (I wish I had - I might be a rich man!). I hope you enjoy playing the piece as much as I did.

  • Bravo! Loved your version more than Richard Clayderman's..

  • @rowentan Thank you - that's a real compliment!

  • bravo pour ce morco magnifik5*

  • Thank you!

  • Beautiful interpretation! I was searching for this piece on youtube. Your performance is certainly the one I enjoyed the most.

  • Thank you! I'm glad you found it, as there are a lot of other versions out there!

  • u play it at ease...

    how could I :(( :((

  • Thanks for your comment. I do a lot of piano playing, and sometimes have to accompany opera rehearsals, maybe playing for an hour or more non-stop! Therefore I change my playing position every time I feel at all tense!

  • hope i could plau this piece,,

  • wow it's so great im practicing it now ahha its hard ..

  • Thank you - and good luck with your practice.

  • @PSearPianist thank you.

  • Thank you! There certainly are several published versions, but whatever version you use, it is worth listening to Clayderman play it, as he was hired by the compser to perform his works.

  • awesome!!!!!!!

  • Thank you!

  • Exelent!, i like your style to play that song

  • Thank you - I'm glad you enjoyed it!

  • Fantastic!

  • Glad you enjoyed it!

  • You are the best player of this song that I have ever seen!

  • That's very kind - but I'm sure Richard Clayderman probably plays it better, having no doubt performed it thousands of times!

  • Sorry for misunderstanding, I meant other pieces posted by

PSearPianist as unknown ;) :) Of course Ballade is well - known ;)

  • That's OK. I like to do a mixture of unknown and well known music so that viewers who look for the well-known pieces might sample the unknown ones!

  • I really appreciate your most kind comment!

  • Stunning.....I am really impressed. :) it's also good that you play so many unknown pieces, every amateur can find something originall, as we are all bored with Chopin&Mozart&Bach ;)

  • I'm glad you liked it. Of course this piece is actually very well known - but it is not often played by the sort of pianists that play Chopin, Mozart and Bach. I put some quite 'heavyweight' classical pieces on this channel, but like to add some lighter pieces to contrast.

  • Ballade Pour adeline is not an unknown piece

  • You are right - it is very famous.

  • Estupenda interpretación. Aunque mi repertorio no es tan amplio veo que compartimos unos cuantos temas. Thanks!

  • Gracias por su comentario amable

  • wow beutiful ive learned it also can i be your freind

  • Thank you. Of course you can!

  • good job

  • Thank you!

  • Lo felicito maestro, es una gran melodia, mi esposa la esta aprendiendo a tocar, es grandiosa.

  • Gracias por su comentario amable. Me alegro de que usted y su esposa disfrutaran del vídeo!

  • Awesome job! Beautiful peace of work!

  • Thank you - I'm glad you enjoyed it!

  • very beautiful~

i only learnt the easy version of it..am lookin to learning the rest..someday~

    i hope!!

  • Thank you. Do learn it - it may not be the best quality music, but people seem to like to hear it!

  • wow!!! Beautiful! I always wanted to play on piano but because of sme circumstances I cant:-(

I like this song very much!

  • Thank you - I'm glad you enjoyed it. I hope you get the chance to play it yourself on piano some day!

  • I also gave this piece as a teacher - the young people reacted to this very well. It had a great appeal to them, even those who loved only Rock. Thankls for uploading.

  • The piece has rock elements in it, so it would have appealed to your young students!

  • Wow, another great piece played by a great pianist.

Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more videos!

  • Thank you - I will try!

  • I remember my piano teacher...His first gift was a "Clayderman and Others" LP...Thanks for this emotions...

  • Thank you. I'm interested to hear that people were given this to learn at piano lessons. I have never heard a young person play it except on YouTube!

  • I agree with BachScholar, I taught this piece to ever so many piano students during the 80's. It is still a lovely French piece of music... does bring back memories. Thank you.

  • If I'm honest I don't rate it at all highly as music. However, it is very popular - whether through its inherent quality, or Clayderman's image - so it is an interesting challenge for me as an interpreter!

  • Thank you for putting this up. Helps us novices having someone play it right. If you get a chance, your heart's inclination permitting, i would also love to hear you play a comme amour, marriage d'amour, and lettre a ma mere.

  • Thank you for your comment. 'Lettre..' is on its way. 'A comme...' is really a song rather than a piano piece. 'Marriage...' is a possibility, but the published score is odd, and I would need to check carefully with recordings.

  • The de Senneville's composition that made Clayderman be famous, ins't it?

    Beautifull, Sir..!

I'll be waiting for your next publication!

  • It is indeed! Thanks for your kind comment!

  • Oh my God.....this brings back memories of when I taught private piano in Germany (1988-91) and Clayderman and Adeline were all the rage with students (mostly teenage girls). I think I played this a million times for students. I was hoping I would never hear it again until this video. Nicely played though.

  • I think at least one new version appears on YouTube every day. I thought I would have a go myself as light reliev to the Reger pieces I uploaded recently!
