@EvilWizardMaltheore i think that was the point, that car isn't owned privately, it's owned by Rolls Royce and they were doing tests and had to camouflage it while doing them. They were just trying to make it as unrecognizable as possible :P
I think the rims were blacked out on purpose so that people don't recognize they are rolls royce (you can see that no RR badge is present on the car).
