I have quited smoking 2,5 years ago but I think I will soon restart it. I 've been told that smoking free-nicotine e-cigarette is like not smoking at all and thus by using zero nicotine e-cigarette I don't restart smoking but it's something totally different that just ressembles to the ordinary cigarettes. Can be this true?

I try to minimize any possible health risks left by inhaling too much nicotine.

Electronic cigarette cartridges usually come in 5 different strengths: VERY HIGH, HIGH, MED, LOW, ZERO

Just use ZERO nicotine cartridges and that's it.

No smoking is always better than any type of smoking.

Smoking an electronic cigarette is about 100 times less dangerous to your health than smoking regular tobacco cigarettes.

Having said that, smoking is never good for your health. Smoking e-cigs is much better choice but smoking nothing is even better.

It depends - if you are using 0 nicotine cartridges, then you can vape all day long for sure.

If you vape the highest nicotine ones, then it makes sense to take a break when you start feeling dizzy.

A couple of nic cartridges a day shouldn't be a problem though. Just keep things in moderation as with coffee since nicotine is also a stimulant.

Nope, it leaves no smell in your mouth and it fades in a few seconds in the air.

That's why you can smoke it anywhere - it doesn't disturb anyone.

If regular cigarettes currently curb your appetite then you can expect to have the similar effect from an electronic cigarette. If not, then I would not expect e cigarette to reduce your appetite. I'd say that it can delay it a bit when I puff it but not forever ;)

It's tar in regular cigarettes that's bad for your lungs.

Electronic cigarette cartridges do not contain tar so they are certainly a much better choice for your lungs.

You can save ~$1,500 a year with ecigs vs regular tobacco cigs.

* Average cost of e-cigarette carton containing five cartridges is $10

*They're equal to about 5-7 packs of cigarettes, so they'll last you about a week (if you smoke a pack a day).
