Personaly, when I make an omelet, I prefer to put the ingredients on only one half of the omelet in sort of a half moon shape and keeping them about an inch from the edge so they don't spill out. By doing this your more likely to get a nice flip when you turn it over because its not so heavy and un-even in weight with certain pressure points. Nice video guys. Very humerous :D.

you guys are slow. slow at cutting, slow at wisking, slow at cracking eggs. and you spelled omlette wrong. it has 2 t's and an e at the end. you should use a spatula to get all the egg out of the bowl into the pan...why do you add the veggies and the cheese while the egg is in the pan? I add it after i finished cooking the egg. other foods mixed with raw egg is not healthy.....good intructions though^-^ i've been cooking since I was 2. when did you guys start cooking?

Animeizcool, you do realise only the egg shell presents the risk of salmonella, my brother drinks raw eggs for the protein and hes never had salmonella. 1. DRY YOUR HANDS! Washing your hands but not drying them is as good as not washing them!

2. You could have chopped the vegetables earlier and separated them into bowls. This way you can pick and sprinkle from each, instead of scraping from the board.

3. Why not add the salt and pepper before you fold the omelette?

4. Poor transitions.

5. Not enough light.

6. Red pepper works better in this situation.
