im going to my favorite Korean bbq place in a few days and I cant wait to have some kimchi. They also make this kimchi out of cucumbers that is out of this world!!

It depends on temperature but if I leave it under the normal temperature (i.g., 20c), it usually takes 3-4 days to become sour.
