@Bobzmcishl, privatizing education or in actuality, schooling, might actually help. Because the schooling system is so big, its easily manipulated and devalued of its purpose. Infact, maybe getting rid of the classic schooling structure alltogather, allowing more options for parents and having a test or series of tests for people at certain ages would be more ideal and useful. Passing the tests would mean the people would get their deploma.
