Were they in Jackson, TN on the Super Tuesday breakout in 08'? Just wondering cause I live in Jackson, saw it destroy Union University.

So glad I live in the UK... we do get tornadoes here but not ones like that.

Even a brick house won't protect you from something as strong as either of the May 3, 1999 or May 4, 2007 tornadoes...

@phoenixmaze A brick house wouldn't protect you from an EF-5. I know this is an old comment, but I just thought I'd point that out in case you're in a similar situation.

i lived 2hrs away from Greensburg when the May07 tonrado happened.
