Hum wow, i'm making a prim rib for my Husband tonight, i think i might use ur tips. and is this you'r kitchen? if so it is a beautiful place to make art.. im Italian full blood i never leave the kitchen lol
@SethHesio According to the price tag visible in the vid, that one cost $173. I try not to look at the price... the shock is not good for my heart. I'd rather my heart give out from being stuffed with low-density lipoproteins.
@JoeHell67 The sauce was good, but I prefer horseradish with prime rib. The one thing I would do differently is to either:
1. omit the dried rosemary
2. grind the dried rosemary into a powder using a spice grinder
3. use fresh rosemary and chop it reeeeealy fine
as it was the rosemary sort of had the same effect as dried pine needles. :D I've done prime rib with a roasted garlic/fresh horseradish/rosemary crust, and it works well also. Sort of a wet rub.

Hello,
good lord, that roast looks sooo good, i swear i could smell it through the loudspeakers!
Hey, there's a Fortune Mag on the counter, is that because of the beef prices on the market? ;-))
Did you let the meat rest before slicing?
How did the roasted garlic sauce turn out? Would you recommend doing it the way like in this vid
or different? Please let me know. THX!
Keep them pans flying!
