I never heard of Bernie until I went to a Sam Ash Workshop that Victor Wooten did. As he shared with the group he made a point to say "I'm not the star here, that guy in the back is..." (Referring to Bernie) The staff at the store quickly assembled a keyboard and he graciously joined in a jam. Also present were Derico Watson (Drums), Steve "White Chocolate" Weingard (Keys), and Bob Franceschini (sax). They are all so generous with their time.

Truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
