@CoconutPalmTree1 You should always do it standing up because putting them in sitting down can hurt you and not go directly to the flow. You can even lift one leg to make it easier while you are standing and sticking it in.

I always have trouble putting tampons in sitting down too. Maybe I'll try inserting them standing up like you suggested.

Stayfree is good too but eh. lol
Even when I buy off brands at wal-mart I get the Equate version of Always.
