Sounds like a great idea and a cool way to promote positive health and living...I wish I had time to do this, and no, it's not an excuse, I actually don't have time, and my body as suffered horribly :(

Hi robobuska, if you go to the RTP-Book (dot) com URL you'll see a link to get the "official" rules on the home page. Basically, there will be a "shortlist" judged from all participants with the winners decided by a community (ShredderSphere) vote on July 23, 2009. The best physical transformation over the 84 days wins.
