I bought it in NY, and I was guaranteed by the seller that it was free, but now I`m back in Eurpoe and there`s no way in hell to unlock it. Something else, for me it was impossible to stop my messenger to automatically log in all ready with my password!!!
Another problem is when I plug in the USB cable, phone to pc, it disconnects by itself. I'm a computer literate person so I know what to install and how to troubleshoot comps. But I really had a problem with the usb cable and I'm using a card reader to transfer files pc to phone and vice versa..
I'm using this one right now for about 4-5months. At first it runs smoothly, love the design qwerty and I didn't get any problems at all. But last month till now, it freezes sometimes when I use the camera, it turns off by itself even its full battery and the keypad is locked, and lastly, if it got squeezed a little bit (in my tight pants/skinny jeans pocket) it turns off.. I decided to bring this to the shop where I bought it, still has warranty. good luck to me and to all who owns this one!

that D-pad is complete pain in the ass for web browsing in IE because it's only 4 direction, up, down, left , right !!! You can't move page diagonal :/
Have you guys got any idea about how this phone's processing speed is compared to the HTC Snap? And what would you guys recommend: Win mobile 6.5 or the latest Symbian OS (Nokia e72)
This a late response, but I had to answer you question. The HTC Snap and The Omnia Pro B7330 have the same exact processor. But the Omnia Pro has more Ram than the Snap, has a bigger screen, and gets better battery life. I plan on buying the Omnia Pro as a upgrade to my Samsung i617 because of the bigger screen and comfortable keyboard.
how to launch the front camera?
