I've learned so much about wedding makeup today, especially the great tip about taking a photo to check the look. Pity I didn't think of that 37 years ago when I was a bride. It's a beautiful soft look that is beautiful on you. When's the wedding? Do we all get to come?

Also this will show if you need to add more intensity, because the flash in the camera will wash you out. As well as, this will show if you have too much shimmer on. Matte colors work best in photography, and you can add shimmer subtly to selected areas. :)

Hi

I agree with you regarding the camera flash, however most wedding photographers don't need to use a flash. Also, bear in mind the size of a professinals camera lens and that of most peoples 'point and shoot' cameras.

Congratulations on your wedding. :) Those are great colors to use. :) If you want to see how the makeup looks in photographs, take a picture of yourself, in a lighting setting similar to your wedding day, and that will give you an idea of how your pictures will turn out. :)
