The one on the left is a canvas giclee.
It may not always be obvious how something is printed. Sometimes it takes viewing the piece through a magnifier to see how the ink was applied to the paper. Lithographic printing will have definitive patterns where a giclee patterns are arbitrary.

I can't find any side-by-side comparisons online of a regular art poster and giclee.
