  • I used DarkBasic Pro and FPS Creator, and I have used Blitz3D. The programming is a lot better and easier in Blitz. In fact, in my channel, I made a 3D Pre-Alpha Demo that I made in only a couple hours. Blitz3D makes game making easier and less buggy then other IDEs out there. AND you can use API calls too. This has everything I need to make a full game. I been watching others, and I gotta say, Blitz3D doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

  • can you embed this?

  • c++ and the very old version: allegro 1.2 (DEV C++ update ) that is right scripting

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A PC GAME

  • Thanks a lot, for the comments guys,

I own a copy of Darkbasic pro, but I never got the hang of it, I found it to be confusing and buggy. I found blitz3d to be more stable and easier to use :D

  • i buyed now blitz3d but it is no starting on my computer but i have a account what i do i need help!

  • @Psychsimsala video card most likely..

  • if this going to be a game it ha many glitches in it already that i can see just from this video but still nice work man

  • is this going to be an actual game or are you toying with my sanity?

  • Did you win?

  • very nice, did you model all of those yourself?

  • Nice! I have Blitz 3D but I never really went into it. Its a good program and all but I never really learned it. Im still having a bad time learning how to start a game! The closest I have went up to was making the terrain. How you made the houses and everything was %100 amazing! When I have the time I can't wait to make something just like you!

  • Gianni, check the YouTube vids by amcadam26 or just search for "Blitz Basic Programming for Beginners". He has a very effective way of introducing the language. The peeps on the BB forums are also very helpful with any questions you may have.

  • @GianniGamer Gaming isn't really tough, if you want to get into it i'd suggest starting out with darkbasic pro, it's easy to learn and is effortless compared to other methods of gaming. I know this from experience, if you want to use a premade engine, i'd use torque or the UDK

  • nice work

  • Great job! I'm struggling with the transparencies and the culling for the leaves. Those graphics could make a wonderful RPG/FPS game.
