From what is seems, it is about surviving. I don't believe it is what you are looking for, but it is closest.

Nope.If by smart you mean educated.Only the survivers will survive.You don't have to have a degree or be an Einstein to survive.You have to have far more than a high I.Q.Not gonna say it won't help to know how to build a transmitter from a water bottle,a coconut and some copper wire but I would much rather know how to hunt,trap,fish and fight than fix a record player,build a shower,make an a.m.radio or make toilet paper magicly appear.

apparently there is a location in apocolyptic america where a bike gang is thriving. I would hunt them down and take their stuff,bikes, generator, food supplies,etc. Or ask to join them.They have to be doing something right if the "colony" people are worried about fuel consumption, and these guys roar in on bikes, they apparently have enough to waste it...... :}
