@MrSlippin22 I feel that fundamentalists are nuts because when I was a fundamentalist, I remember driving down the road going about 60 and I thought I heard god tell me to take my hands off the wheel and close my eyes. I did for several seconds and I quickly took back control of the car. That is what fundamentalists do. I remember not wanting to drink but Christianity wouldn't let me go to AA meetings. I rebuked Satan in Jesus name to get the desire to drink to go away, didn't work.

I laid the cigarettes down at the altar Sunday after Sunday for many years and go outside 45 minutes later to bum cigarettes. I chanted in front of my Gohonzon for 2 hours in ONE sitting, and the desire to smoke disappeared NO WITHDRAWALS. Things that Christianity failed to do for me. I used to want to destroy Christianity but now I just want peace with the church.

@MrSlippin22 I am well aware that according to the Bible we are under grace, but in order to accept "grace" one must accept that they will be judged under ALL of the Levitical laws without Jesus. I don't believe that. But again, if that makes you happy and it keeps you from hurting people, rant on and exercise your freedom of speech. It won't change my mind in the least. Someone tried to tell me that some of those laws were for Israel and not Gentiles, but that isn't what scripture says.

@MrSlippin22 Most liberal people will accept the Gnostic version of "Heaven", but they will not accept the Orthodox version as it makes no sense. With the Gnostic version, a persons sexual preference is irrelevant, their CONDUCT and how they treat others is the ONLY thing that matters. So trying to convince people who don't believe the Orthodox version of the story will be an exercise in futility for you. Within SGI, plenty of gay people found "the Kingdom of Heaven" the Gnostics believe in.

@richwfd2002 first off parables are stories not laws. You should use proper precedural interpretation cross referencing and study the translation and it makes understanding the bible much easier.
