  • just to let you know the blueray back thingy you use makes the bar sit on your back the wrong way. and you might want to get a little bit lower sit when squating.

  • get rid of the bench and go deeper

  • dude im sorry to tell you that this isnt even near close to a 20 rep squat set. a 20 rep squat set is when you go all out for 10 reps. then the last 10 reps you go 1 by 1 and it feels like your in hell. and when your done you drop to the floor and it hurts so bad for like the next 20 seconds. omg. worst thing ive ever done to my body. this is what you have to do if you want a true 20 rep squat set.

    - go ass to grass (ATG).

    - no belt

    -10 rep straight. then the last 10 go as you please.

  • Squat lower, and remove the belt for now, as not wearing it will strengthen up your core more,

  • Is there a reason you're doing them 2+2+2+2+2...etc and not all in one going?

  • @Mationom I Think hes doin breathin squats. But he still needs to go atg
