I have video's I play with WMP and they run really well like no fuzzy stuff its really clear but when i put them in Sony Vegas guess what they are all fuzzy help plz. also WMV video files don't work on Sony Vegas :( so I have to convert to AVI and they just don't come up with a pic of the video, ive tried your stuff you recommend but it don't help it.  comment anyone ? thanks

hey there! if nobody's given you the answer yet, here's how you do it: you wanted to take one audio from one clip and apply to another vid, right? ok so you take the clip you want to take the audio from and open it in the trimmer window. then you select the entire vid and then right click-select 'select audio only' then you copy it and paste it in your audio track. next you take the video u wanted in the vid track then presto! you've done it! hope it helps and that i answered what u wanted:D

Another way to speed up Vegas(and most other programs) is to right-click on the shortcut or the actual .exe file, go to "start in"(or arguments), and add "/prefetch:1". I did this with all my video making programs, and thaey boot up and run a lot faster,
