But indulge my argument, please: Let's say, hypothetically, that moving picture technology existed when the Titanic sank and actual footage of the event existed. If they riffed that, it would be a little too far, yes. This, however, is a sappy romance movie. They can get away with this because it's all actors, it's all special effects, it's all fake. I doubt the Trio find the actual tragedy of the Titanic humorous. But tragically bad movies, yes!

I know there is usually one in every movie, but it's going to take me like 300 hours to watch them all again and clip those scenes....
