Juan pablo angel was a legend at river plate, was almost a legend at aston villa where his 23 goals in a season let villa finished 6th and that time they didnt have players like milner and ashley young and barry was a crap at that time, now he is a legend at new york red bulls....If juan pablo angel is playing alongside milner and ashley young then he could have scored more than 20 goals in a season easily....All others crap....There is only one juan pablo angel.....

no disrespect to villa fans......But if he had played for a bigger club in say Spain Italy or even england he would have been allot better never relay adapted well to English football apart from that one season were he got about 15-20 goals

was a good player at the wrong club a bit like diago forland or freddie kanoute but he stuck with villa and villa stuck with him and thats why i like him.

I miss him,he struggled badly at times but Villa were one of the worst clubs for a player who had no prem experience.We were in disaray for about 6 years.Villa was a culture shock for British players never mind someone from South America.
